Boardwalk at Greensbridge Construction of a boardwalk at Green’s Bridge will link the River Nore riverside walk with the Riverside Park in the Abbey Quarter, and onwards to the Canal Walk, completing the missing link to join up these amenities in the city
Urban Street and Park The development includes a new urban street through the Abbey Quarter, as well as an urban park and public plaza around St. Francis Abbey, linking to the Riverside Park. This development is now under construction.
Tea Houses Two early 19th-century buildings on the bank of the Nore, at the entrance to the Abbey Quarter Riverside Park, have been refurbished to a high standard and are currently housing art exhibitions open to the public.
Mayfair Public Realm The Mayfair Library opened to the public in 2024, and this URDF-supported project focused on developing the public realm areas surrounding the building.

Riverside Park Marrying the old with the new, the Riverside Park takes you through the former St. Francis Abbey Brewery and into a modern skatepark that has been designed for and by our own skateboarding community, who now have a park of their own
